2. Service Description

T-POS provides POS software solutions for laundromats, including customer management, billing, and SMS notifications regarding laundry status. Our services may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete business information.
  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Subscription

  • Our services operate on a subscription-based model.
  • Payments are due as specified in your subscription plan.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Messaging Compliance

  • Our SMS functionality is subject to 10DLC regulations and other telecommunications compliance laws.
  • Users must adhere to all applicable regulations when sending messages through our platform.
  • Unauthorized or spam messaging may result in service termination.

6. SMS Opt-in & Opt-out Policy

At T-POS, we ensure that our customers receive SMS notifications only with their consent. Below is our process for opting in and opting out of SMS communications.
Opt-in Process (Consent to Receive SMS)
Customers can opt in to receive SMS notifications through the following methods:
  • In-Store Enrollment – When a customer visits our laundromat, our staff will ask if they would like to receive SMS notifications regarding their orders, promotions, and updates. If they agree, their phone number will be registered in our system with their consent.
  • Written or Digital Agreement – Customers may also provide their consent through a signed form or by agreeing to SMS notifications digitally at the time of account registration.
  • Verbal Consent – In some cases, verbal consent given in person is recorded in our system along with the date and time of agreement.
  • Online Opt-In – Customers may also opt in via our online form by visiting https://t-pos.tech/opt-in.htm.
Customers can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time through the following methods:
  • You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time. To unsubscribe, uncheck the SMS preference in your account settings or reply STOP to any message.
  • Replying "STOP" – Customers can simply reply with the word "STOP" to any SMS received from our system, and they will be automatically unsubscribed from further messages.
  • Requesting in Store – Customers can visit our laundromat and request to be removed from SMS notifications. Our staff will process the request immediately.
  • Customers can unsubscribe through our website at https://t-pos.tech/opt-out.htm.
  • Calling or Emailing Support – Customers can contact our support team at [your email/phone number] to opt out of SMS notifications.
  • We respect our customers' preferences and ensure that opt-out requests are processed immediately. If a customer chooses to unsubscribe, they will no longer receive SMS updates unless they re-enroll in the service.

Pricing Disclosure
T-POS charges businesses for SMS services as part of their subscription plan. However, customers receiving SMS notifications are not charged by T-POS. Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for details.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity and service updates. Customers may receive SMS notifications related to their orders, promotions, and important account updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

T-POS is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to message delivery failures due to third-party providers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
