- In-Store Enrollment – When a customer visits our laundromat, our staff will ask if they would like to receive SMS notifications regarding their orders, promotions, and updates. If they agree, their phone number will be registered in our system with their consent.
- Written or Digital Agreement – Customers may also provide their consent through a signed form or by agreeing to SMS notifications digitally at the time of account registration.
- Verbal Consent – In some cases, verbal consent given in person is recorded in our system along with the date and time of agreement.
- Opt-out Process (Unsubscribe from SMS Notifications)
- Replying "STOP" – Customers can simply reply with the word "STOP" to any SMS received from our system, and they will be automatically unsubscribed from further messages.
- Requesting in Store – Customers can visit our laundromat and request to be removed from SMS notifications. Our staff will process the request immediately.
- Calling or Emailing Support – Customers can contact our support team at [your email/phone number] to opt out of SMS notifications.
- We respect our customers' preferences and ensure that opt-out requests are processed immediately. If a customer chooses to unsubscribe, they will no longer receive SMS updates unless they re-enroll in the service.
Pricing Disclosure
T-POS charges businesses for SMS services as part of their subscription plan. However, customers receiving SMS notifications are not charged by T-POS. Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for details.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity and service updates. Customers may receive SMS notifications related to their orders, promotions, and important account updates.
